Pop Revue

Last night Chasing Midnight were at Pop Revue at Freedom Bar Soho, London. Pop revue is on the first Monday of every month held at a small bar in Soho. Unsigned acts are invited along to perform and show everyone their music.

The venue was down in the basement so it was small but with a big atmosphere. With a bar, music, and poles to dance round (no we didn't get any band members up, maybe next time :p) it wasn't going to be a quiet night.

The band were the third act on and promise I'm not being bias at all, but they were the best act of the night.  Each act had the time for 3 songs each so the band performed On My Way, Bad Romance and Hold Back The River, which have been the favourite song choices for recent gigs. Everyone definitely enjoyed their set last night.

After their set, they band stayed down to watch the rest of the acts and have a catch up with everyone. After the Pop Revue was karaoke and a few of the bands friends and supporters had a go and everyone who went up was really good.  The band stuck around for a good while so we got a chance to chat more and have photos and make a night out of it. I enjoy a night out but a night out with your favourite band is even better.
