Showcase Live

Last month Chasing Midnight had their first ever gig, and it's been a while, but the blog post is finally being written! 

So it's been a month and we say they need to plan some more gigs soon, more people should get the chance to see these guys perform. You could definitely see them enjoying themselves and they performed every song brilliantly. Fans got to here covers including Take Me Down and Forever Yours in full, and they were worth waiting for. They also included their own fab version of James Bay - Hold Back The River.

If before the gig you thought this band looked like a nice bunch, you may have got yourself VIP tickets. The band held a meet a great before the show, doing group photos with us. it was lovely to see them before the show to be able to say hi and wish them all luck. We had been working on a big good luck card, DMing people without the band knowing to collect messages from supporters. They looked so happy when they were given the card and it made all the effort worth it.  They appreciate every message of support they get from every supporter.

We asked a couple of you what you thought of the gig and here were your replies,

"At showcase live,Chasing Midnight was by far the best act, they were energetic, fun, enjoyable & if I didn't know them before hand, I would Immediately become attached to them like I am now, they were general too, such lovely people, not vain in the slightest & they live like It's their last day & don't take things for granted! so talented" (@PrincessAnouska)

"I was lucky enough to attend Chasing Midnight's first gig. As everyone is aware some of the members of this band come from other bands but they are meant to be together. Their voices fit together perfectly and they got the whole crowd going at Showcase Live. This band have a bright future ahead of them and I can't wait to see their journey" (@sadienelson_)

This was only a small big, but this is just the start, the gigs will get bigger, the crowds will get bigger, more people will know the songs, and we'll get prouder. These guys are working hard.
